We offer fully accredited Scissor Lift Courses throughout Ontario, Canada. The Scissor Lift course are accredited and are fully recognised in the state. We provide candidates with the relevant practical skills and knowledge required to correctly yet safely operate a wide variety of Scissor Lifts within the workplace. Our training services can provide Scissor lift training for all industry sectors, private individuals and corporate clients to the standards.
As with all available courses we can train anywhere within the Ontario. We also cover all shift patterns for your convenience including night shift training and weekends at no extra cost. Scissor lifts, which are commonly used to move goods in a vertical direction, enable operators to complete the jobs faster and more securely without the setup time of other equipment, such as scaffolding or a tower, and without the dangerous instability of a ladder.
The correct training is required for your staff to safely operate and handle the Scissor Lift, as well as knowledge of how to correctly use and wear the safety harnesses, in order to reduce the risk of falls. All of these are necessary in order for you to be compliant with the working at various height regulations.
Our scissor lift course will correctly train and test you or your staff in the safe use, selection, pre use check, storage, disposal procedures and correct wearing on the harness, pre use check of the machine and operating it correctly and safely. Without successfully completing adequate training you risk being non-compliant with the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
